– Shoulder 300g boneless lamb, cut into pieces
– 3 carrots
– 3 tablespoons of crushed tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 shallot
– 1 clove garlic
– Curry, cumin, ginger, chilli powder
– 1 handful raisins


Mix in a bowl lamb, ginger grated 20g, 3 pinches of cumin, 1 pinch of pepper. Let stand a few minutes. Peel and cut the onion, garlic, shallots and carrots and grate the carrots. Sauté in a pan for 5 minutes garlic, onion, minced shallot, 1 tablespoon curry in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the lamb and cook 5 min. Add the carrots, 1 handful of raisins, tomatoes and 6 c. tablespoons water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 min. Stir regularly and add water if the mixture starts to hang.
