The festival of Eid-el-Fitr and Ramadan feast marking the end of the Muslim fasting will be celebrated Wednesday in the Ivory Coast where the crescent moon could be observed on Tuesday night. “The Supreme Council of Imams in Côte Ivory (COSIM) and the Council of Sunni Imams (CODIS) inform the national community that the crescent moon marking the end of Ramandan 2016 was observed anywhere in the country, “said the spokesman COSIM, Imam Sekou Sylla. therefore, he continued, “the Ramadan feast in Ivory Coast will be celebrated insha’Allah Wednesday, July 6, 2016” .The fasting month of Ramandan began in Coast Ivoire on 6 June.
