Nial Mrs. KABA, Minister of Planning and Development held an important meeting this Thursday, June 16, 2016, at 17 h 30 min at the Conference Room of the SCIAM building (16th floor), the tray with the Indian Confederation industries. Both sides benefited from the work session to screen the project portfolio contained in the PND 2016-2020, to identify key areas of potential interest to Indian traders, for their funding. Ms. Minister welcomed this opportunity, she said, would help to implement effectively, the new National Development Plan. Remember, this plan, costing a total of 30,000 billion of our francs, pays much of its funding to the private sector amounting to over 60%. Therefore, the presence of the Indian private sector is a boon that the State of Côte d’Ivoire will take to capitalize on the investments from development partners. For their part, the Indian businessmen, through Mr. EB Rajaesh, Head of Delegation and International Regional Director for Africa, the Confederation of Indian Industries, reaffirmed their commitment to fully engage in the draft emergence of Côte d’Ivoire, by financing sectors such as water, electricity, energy, oil, transport, ICT and other basic social infrastructure.
